Landlubbers, you better get your sea legs ready, international talk like a pirate day is fast approaching on Wednesday September 19th!  What started as a joke among a few friends in 2002 has grown into an international phenomenon.

Phil Wolff is strategy director of PDEC, the Personal Data Ecosystem Consortium, a Small Data NGO.
