Kaliya Hamlin submitted the PDEC position paper (PDF) to the W3C Privacy and Tracking Event. Mary Hodderattended the W3C event about privacy and tracking. The event was primarily focused on Do Not Track as the only solution, but Mary asked as many questions as possible to open up thinking about a possible Personal Data Ecosystem approach.
